The first is good but 2 has better combat. Both top tier games though to be sure. Hopefully 3 isn't too similar to the handhelds. I've heard that they wanna have features from BBS and DDD but honestly KH2 had combat nailed besides reaction commands and some balance issues like summons and reflect being too strong

I just call it "2" because I've had it in both NTSC and PAL, and in PAL it was called "Locked and Loaded". Then when they released it internationally for download it was just called "2".
For the record, though, I agree that "Going Commando" is the best name.
I think Up Your Arsenal was slightly worse because of all the grindy, non-fun stuff on the Starship Pheonix, and I prefer the upgrade system of the second one. There's just nothing for me that makes the third one any better; everything good was already done just as well or better in the second game.
