For hydroponic grows you need to alter the mixture for the last 7 days or so to flush out nutrients that cause harshness and so on.

Joints are the most inefficient method of smoking weed. If you wanna do it that's fine.
Next up is bong, which definitely gives you more bang for your buck in terms of amount burned vs level and speed of your high. Bongs are like taking a shotgun to your face.
Vaping weed is highly efficient and provides a cleaner high in that it's less heavy on your sinuses and throat so you're left with the main body buzz (strain dependent of course) and good times. Less stress is put on your lungs in general this way.
Vaping is probably the most efficient method, honestly, but requires more effort depending on your set up (volano machine with bags, or a hand vape, etc). Plus you have to wait for the thing to heat up and shit like that.
Edibles are also pretty efficient and will get you high for the longest, but require the most work out of all methods if you want to make the food yourself. Otherwise if you have a source you can buy cookies or brownies from then I suggest doing that and blast your face off.
Be careful, though, cause edibles can take about an hour to kick in and are the easiest to green out with. So when you hear people say to not eat more when you're not feeling it, they really mean it. Even if it's been an hour and you're not feeling anything just keep waiting, especially if you're new. Biggest noob mistake is eating too many cookies and your entire night is easily ruined.

You have no idea what you're talking about. You lose about 70% of any drug that's metabolised digistively. You lose about 2% intravenously and 15% when inhaled.
