Have you played at all? As someone who has played as, and against D.Va a lot her ult it terrible and rarely gets kills. It is easily avoidable since the time to detonation is so long. It's countered by any shield or a simple line-of-sight walling, which is easily done in any map. Obviously you will get a few kills here and there, but overall it's an awful ability. But hey, go ahead and say it's good. Keep that denial going and maybe one day it will be true.

Zarya is definitely under appreciated.
My favorite map with her is the T.O.A.
There are so many spots in this map where she can just let loose volley after volley of her secondary, from behind total cover.
And her ult combines so well with just about anything....
Gravity well + dva self destruct, or riptire, or twin dragons... They can all wipe out a whole team...
By far the most fun one to watch though, is when a Reinhardt dies earth shatter right when Zaryas ult ends...
