The only way you're going to damage your CPU is through increased heat generated through increased core voltage which is only increased to maintain system stability at higher clock speeds. heat is really the main limiting factor to any overclock.

The large warehouse? go a little northeast through the woods to the logging company. The warehouse is too close to town to camp out in.
It's a nice outpost location for sure, I fortified it in my current game so I have a place to stay the night while I'm out looting. But again, 2 weeks in the lights are out and warehouse is too risky being so close to the center of town.
