Still not true. Bair is jiggs' best poke and therefore consists of the meat of her aggression, but both fair and nair are better defensively just on the back of sheer duration of the hitbox. If your tech skill isn't terribly strong you won't be able to do this, but captain actuallyapparentlyviableloln0nebeatm2k can punish jiggs recovery with moonwalk bair. You need to hold onto your double jump though and I absolutely wouldn't risk it. With marth holding ledge and refreshing invincibility until you can poke her with bair or something is viable.
