One trick with tinder is to set the proximity (radius? Whatever they call it) as low as possible.
For example, If I set mine to 1 mile, throughout the day I'll get cards popping up from over 1 mile away. I KNOW that these people have already right swiped me, that's why they show up even though they're out of my radius. Which means that if I right swipe them it's an instamatch.

Its a 3 day split, but works best when done twice a week. I'd suggest going to /fit/, really helps.
