I was thinking I write all my post-humous messages to people who have been meaningful to me and then storing them in a multi-part .rar or .7z archive, encrypted.
Distribute each part to different people with one segment of the password to each person.
And just before I die, give each person the list of people with the different parts, so they can get together and redistribute the messages inside.
But that's just me being delusional.

A multipl-executor system would ensure that nobody has the capability to disseminate even one letter, since he does not know where the other parts of the complete package are, and even if he did have them, he can't open it without the complete password, which all the executors must combine in agreement to each other in order to actually do so.
Maybe it's just my cold-war fanaticism playing at me. Two-man rule sounds REALLY cool to me.
