You get used to. Also, I have a lot more than I though now that I look at it. It's probably closer to twice that, and that's just in the last 2 weeks. It's easy when you get used to it, and it pays off well. Just click the arrow on the post, go down to filter image MD5, and collapse. It only takes about a single second, and it's worth it.
