It's a manga that's been running for 20+ years now, and it's pretty incredible. One of the things that's most interesting about it, is that the author has basically reinvented himself in his style several times throughout the series, while still keeping it true to its roots. During the first 10 volumes (referred to collectively as the "Golden Age" arc), it's basically gritty 80s style manga of purely dark medieval warfare, becoming borderlined historical fiction. but in volumes 11-12+ literally hell opens up and pours itself onto earth evil dead style but in a completely serious manner. Over the next ~5 volumes you have every bit of bad in his world corrupted and risen to full blown demonic rape-fests; corrupt priests burning everyone at the stake, packs of roving goblins kidnapping women, raping and impregnating them to make more monsters, an evil god-emporer who tries to take over the world etc. It then turns into a traditional swords/sorcery fantasy where Guts assembles a team of rag-tag heroes to destroy the five God Hands of hell, one of whom was his best friend and rival during the Golden Age.

Ended up ordering Overlord from a different place since Amazon was just being a prick about it, won't be a one day delivery like I get with Amazon but it'll be much quicker at least. Saw this up on Steam earlier which should be fun to play, been interested in playing it for a while but couldn't since it used to be console/handheld only. Not much else, read Grisaia short stories earlier which were only 30 minutes or so, you?

Yeah, that one. Looked pretty up my alley so I played it as my first.
I was really have a great time patting her head, buying her sweets, and dressing her in cute clothes. But after a while only option left was to sex her, and I didn't even get to buy any more cute clothes after that so I was a little upset. Played the beta, awaiting the next version now, should be some decent additions.

Unlocked all the scenes, all the clothes/etc, intimacy to ~2500, lust to ~1000 then I took a break.
Version 1.4 out and 1.5 beta is out, which includes a few more outfits and an untranslated conversation option.

I'm not huge into manga, but I really enjoyed Oyasumi PunPun, Legend of the Strongest Man Kurosawa, Welcome to the NHK, and currently reading Terraformars, YKK, and Yotsuba&, which is sublime and got me into anime/manga.
