I can understand fluffies being too dumb to realize that 'litterpals' are actually fluffies, instead of tremendously convenient and sanitary (for the user). If you've ever used a bidet before, you know that just using paper to poop is retardedly unclean.
Alternatively, why can't a fluffy community orientate itself around a human's rule of "use the litterpal"? That would work pretty well as a deterrent against bad behaviour.
