In general, we drive very fast here. Most of us are good people and friendly. If you come here to have fun, make sure you leave the big cities. There more fun to be had with people who have ranches or farms. We'll gladly teach you how to shoot firearms safely. If you play your cards right, you can get laid just about anywhere.
To be honest, we really don't think about other states here. We consider ourselves to be "our own country", like Bavarians do in Germany.

Texan here. It's okay, you have basically two Texas' though, you have east Texas which is flat, brush covered land and west Texas which is almost entirely hills. Which are pretty big, and it's real pretty. It's one of the best opportunity laced states, we have oil and plenty of other fields. But it's hot as fuck. A lot of people hate Texas, but we have the most people moving here of any state.
