Yeah that's what I pretty much see but it's to dark to make out the most of the vehicle with the movement and the lighting causing a sort of illusion that the car is parked facing towards the cameraman but in the thumb nail you can see the rims and the tire.
The tire looks pretty small and the rim would fit the era of the 80's or at least not unlike something of that time period.
But the vehicle itself looks pretty rounded off at the front end.
