It's pretty hard not to run into SOME KIND OF FINALS bullshit when you're swinging an event that can take between 3-6 months to finish.

Just noting that the sign ups are a month in advance, a whole month you can use up to your advantage. Prep time of sorts you know? I mean look at it this way, people use that month to make those training threads and they post a lot more in those than they end up doing during the fights. Again it would only be an announcement suggesting preparation, not a requirement you see?

Even IF you do that extra shit on the side, all those extra poses and what not you CAN'T predict every move your opponent can do and you'll HAVE to actually do shit right then and there on the fly.
What these people could do is between tournaments, actually learn how to do poses, and then how to do them quickly.
