I think its even more interesting since this turns out to be simply the psychosis/PTST combined with the lack of sleep of the mother. it has a sense of truth and realness to it. loved the ending.
she will live with the psychosis for her rest of her life. but instead of denying the grief and hate towards her son (who is ultimately the reason for the death of her husband), she copes with it.
it was a very good movie.
