I worked at a crazy loud rowdy volume bar. Between the two bartenders we'd make close to 2000 drinks in a night, all in glass (clubs make more, but all in plastic, it matters), and all to spec with all the bullshitty little garnishes and details.
Most I ever made in a night was $500. And we worked so fuckin' hard for it.
Fun though. The only thing I miss about the industry is all the women. Cougars love to fuck bartenders. And I love to fuck cougars.
