Depends on the path the bullet travels. The brain itself feels no pain, so assuming you destroyed enough of the brain stem to be killed instantly, the only pain you could possibly feel is the split instant between when the bullet broke the skin to the time when the expansion forces of the bullet (assuming you use hollow points) killed you.
