I went to bed yesterday at about 11am. Just now getting up at 6 am. I might have been awake an hour during that stretch.
I had weird dreams and fantasized about suicide while awake.
How can I stop this ?
training hard. running, swimming etc. anything you can. while training, you think really less act much. or if you have a music instrument, you can play for hours make new songs. focus on something than your suicidal thoughts.
>I do power lifting training. I have a dog. I play video games. I eat fairly healthy. I have a full time job
funny how you instantly relate depression to suicide.
i mean i think about suicide a lot not because i'm depressed, but because i'd rather just quit now than go through the efforts of living.
Seek medical help, you think any of these faggots knows anything? People dont study for 6 years to treat your illness because it can be summarized in one 4chan shitpost.
Its not like you're doomed or anything, just go
Sleep cycle for a human is roughly 90 minutes, hence why we sleep 8 hours for a 'good' sleep. To get in two full sleep cycles, plus some buffer zone if you wake up for taking a piss or something.
When I work night shift I come home exhausted, sleep from 7AM to 10:30 usually, wake, and then go back to sleep till around 12:30 - 1 and I am good to go.
OP, I think you just slept way to long, to the point where your brain had no stimulation from the outside senses (touch, feel, smell etc) it reset itself what, 5 times over?
The brain drains roughly 40% of your daily calorie intake, and in order for it to stay healthy it needs to be stimulated. Basically, your brain wasn't being challenged and it might have started giving your lucid dreams to get you off your ass, a fight or flight type thing.
Kind of like how people claim they see "the other side" in near death experiences. NO, it your brain firing off memories of survival and shit at a stupid fast rate to find a last ditch effort to keep you alive.
You are a slave to the brain!
