I assume that is cheap ceramic by the looks of it.
Sure you can if you don't mind like a 20 percent chance of it shattering when you take it out.
Ceramic has near 0 elasticity, therefore heating and cooling is very stressful on cheap ceramic/glass.
This is because unlike good ceramic/glass this is not formulated in such a way that it is meant to take heat stress.
