Slayer is decent cash now. You've got it at 70 so aberrant spectres, dust devils, and kurasks could work out. Aberrant spectres would be the easiest of the 3 looking at their max hit and accuracy on the wiki. You'll want to use range for them and a nose peg or slayer helm.
You could always go fishing for cash as well, because sharks are still worth a bit. You might want to find a clan as well if things get boring.
With the skill divination, people can place skilling spots. Check w2 Burthorpe bank at reset time. There's a cap on these daily though. You can start the skill yourself near the bridge to wizards' tower.
The grand exchange looks empty, because everyone has done 'Within The Light' and moved on to Priffdinas. Quests are fucking glorious in RS3 by the way.
Oh, and just ignore the four or so manchildren that will no doubt show up. The things barely cling to life, fueled by their hatred for anything RS3 related. Luckily you won't see them anywhere in game, because RS3 is too complex for their tiny minds.
Open Solomon's General Store and claim whatever is in the "Free items for members" tab. There's some bankspace in there.
TL;DR: Slay and skill for cash. The wiki is your friend. Most people are chilling in high level areas, thus making things seem sadly empty, Find a clan. ignore osrs peasants.
