Not sure if it's exactly how these ones are done, but you can replicate pretty easy, only difference will be the possible lack of rounding inward on the tops a bit. Basically take a skillet or small saucepan like pic attached, but just fill with pancake mix instead of brownie mix. Cook low and slow, and use a lid during the process for more even heat distribution and to not possibly dry out the top. There's a couple ways you could try to make the top curve as perfect as yours as well, but no need for the extra effort unless your trying to impress or sell :P
