One of the most consistent rules of tournaments has been "No god moding".
How do we define what is and isn't god moding?
By having people lay out what it is exactly their characters are capable of.
I'm not a judge this year, but when I was I would look for shit like "people just making things up" and adding on powers that they didn't have before.
In my opinion what Scraps did was a clear case of godmoding. It's unfortunate, because honestly I always like to root for the newcomers in fights.
