Actually I think that's pretty good!
There's different kinds of joints obviously. The ones I would roll would usually look like that (kind of a zepplin shape).
I had a great friend who used to roll them and they'd look just like cigarettes. It was outstanding. Perfectly even, smooth burn. Packed tight and evenly. It was the best.
