I was 15 when I first started working out. I was 1'92m and less than 80kg, maybe 75. I was really really skinny and tall. Now I'm 1'96 and 94kg, and have an aesthetic body, imo. Don't give up. Lifting changes your body, but it also changes your mind, it takes the stress away too.
