I'm 19, have a hard time choosing my favourite, my taste varies from Cradle Of Filth, Behemoth and Venom over Children of Bodom, Trivium, the big four of oldschool thrash, over Wintersun, Ensiferum and Turisas all the way to Nightwish, Epica, Sirenia, Hammerfall, Dragonforce and Avantasia. So basically most kinds of metal and some degree of core, but I also value proper rock or even some older pop (not the new shit where the art consist not of writing catchy riffs but of shaking your ass in the videos) like Dire Straits and Queen.
