There's other shit in coffee besides caffeine. Antioxidants, theobromine, flavinols, etc. Not that it does you much good after being mixed with paint thinner to remove the sweet sweet drug, but it's still a coffee product the way a chocolate cupcake is a cocoa product.

I'll never understand people who "depend" on coffee anyway. Almost every single person I've worked with over the years isn't worth 2 shits unless they drank coffee in the morning.
I don't understand it because I get drunk as fuck almost every night, go to bed super late, wake up super early, go to work and I'm 100% fine. Yet these people who don't drink, don't do anything after work and go to bed early, can't function without their coffee.
