Nope. Put the bottom of the jack on top of the air splitter. It will break the air splitter section of the front bumper clean off and then lift the car by the front bumper.
Like I said if you don't care about damaging the body of the car it can be done with ease. A hydraulic jack could easily generate enough force to pry apart the supper and lower sections of that FRP bumper cover.
