From time to time I realize I am doing nothing with my life. When that happens I stop running.
First, I don't run one day out of lazyness. Then, a second one because I feel with less energy. After that, a third, and a fourth, one after another because "meh, I'll pass".
I start thinking: "I can't help anyone if I don't run. I should give a good example." But I don't and I feel like shit.
Not only I am stuck doing fuckall with my life but I am also being a letdown for every person I try to help.

I can't speak for everybody else here but that's pretty much exactly how I feel all the time, I just have no motivation because what the fucks the point? To go to a job that's just going to make me angry and tired so I can make money to give to some guys a few thousand miles away so they don't arrest me? I can't give you any advice on this because I'm still trying to work through it myself but the best I can tell you is to find something you enjoy and just do it, do it as much as you want and fuck everybody else if it makes you happy, they're not gonna understand anyway. For me that's video games and shitposting on the internet, keeps my mind occupied and brings me some joy. For you that thing seems to be running/exercising, even if its just around the block you should give it a try and see if it makes you feel any better, and if it does just keep going. Bad idea, have a proper breakfast, that way your body will activate sooner and start to use fat.
Eat 3-5 times a day. If you want to lose weight, eat on small plates so little amounts of food look bigger.
Drink plenty of fluids, give your kidneys a break. Alcohol is not allowed.
Do cardio. How often and for how long do you run?
Eat rice, the sugar from the rice gets absorbed slowly and makes you feel full.
Your meals should get smaller as the day goes by. From a big breakfast to a small dinner.
