Drink water, eat fatty food (cheese, meat, Taco Bell).
Take Tylenol (bad af for your liver after drinking but if we cared about that we wouldn't drink to excess in the first place)
Drink coffee. Caffeine is a cheap feel better drug. It's artificial but should keep you going. They sell acetaminophen/caffeine pills at the drug store (excedrin) if you want to streamline the process.

Lots and lots of water, multivitamin, 600-800mg ibuprofen not apap because liver will be kill. Get something to eat and take zofran if you have some. Take a short nap after this if you have time. A couple shots will also help tremendously, but that is how people get a habit so be careful. Good luck op.

Alcohol depresses the cells in your body from absorbing vitamins, especially Bs, it also is a dietetic, so it dehydrates you, and your body is working in overload to filter out the poison that ethanol is broken down to.
Also, rest. And the citrus from the sprite will help with bile production in the liver, plus it's high in sugar, something your body is most likely having a hard time producing since your pancreas got fucked hard trying to keep up with insulin production and such.
