well there is a case to be made in that DkS3 has framerate problems on a lot of PC's, I've heard some horrendous things from some friends who are running it on PC's that are a bit older
I've got a brand new monstrous gaming PC and it never drops below 60 for me, and the loading times are like 5 seconds. sorry i had to brag a little it's just such a premium gaming experience (also surround sound + subwoofer)
