Depends.
I've seen more than a few moderate to severely anxious patients who are chronically constipated for years on end.
I'd give a go at adding fiber to your diet for a week. Strawberry Metamucil is my go to for when I'm travelling. Just follow the instructions on the back.
Bloody poop/diarrhoea/fevers/acute pain would be of concern for something else.
