I'm going to take a plea deal to go to jail for 30 days on a county 2 hours away from here by the end of May. I'm currently on probation on this county, so I'm going to get my probation revoked when that happens and will most likely have to serve jail here as well. My question is, can I have both jail sentences combined into one at the other county? My court dates are 3 days apart from each other.

Depends on if your PO runs a CCH (centralized or computerized (don't remember) criminal history) check on you. You're probably fucked, as failure to disclose info to your PO could be used against you and be charged with perjury. I'd just get in contact with a no shit domestic criminal defense attorney man.

My PO knows, I told her about the new charge, and we went to court soon afterwards. This county is currently trailing the other county's trial, and once they sentence me they will revoke my probation here. I want to serve both sentences over there for reasons

Then its possible depending on local statutes that the judge in your current county may defer you to serve whatever in the other county. It'll obviously take so coordination effort and probably an appeal on your part to make that happen.

You're fucked OP. PO wont serve VOP until after you are locked up. Then they will wait until you are released to book you. Idk where you're at but in Florida there is a no bond on VOP. Meaning you'll get to sit in there until your court date.
