i do 3 teaspoons as a starting dose, which is roughly equivalent to 9 gs. my shits high quality tho; thai strains or maeng da so lower quality means more kratom.

Well I'm not really an expert on Kratom..
I started with 1 big teaspoon, which didn't do anything.
2nd time 3 - 4 teaspoons gave me a euphoric feeling at first, and a typical opiate mellow feeling afterwards.

try out some differant veins (white, green or red) types cuz every1 has a preference, i like green
red- more sedating and more like a typical opiate feeling
white- energetic, good for in the morning
green- a mix between the white and red
