That's a terrible explanation. Young kids don't have sexual tendencies, whether they experiment or not. Once they begin to mature, though, the brain automatically selects viable candidates for sexual relations and naturally picks those that the person feels most comfortable with. Since most children regularly watch cartoons (and animals are a large percentage of those characters) that's what they lean towards, if they do find sexual material of such. I say that because you have to consider those who aren't actually exposed to furry porn.
