I hated Salvia. It was short and I felt extremely self conscious. The out of body feeli my was cool but overall it was just dumb.

It's subjective, but I don't really consider Salvia to be a true psychedelic. It's more of a dissociative, considering that it's a kappa opioid receptor agonist which is similar to other dissociatives like ketamine and shit. I've done it three times and it seemed more similar to DXM than other psychedelics.

You should probably go lie down for a few hours, let it wash over you. I find I'm better off asking questions as I come down and really just take in and not really question the peak/parts inbetween that. The comedown/days after are the really important part imo, thats when its up to you to integrate what you learned and not just the drug (which really is just you + chemical change). The only thing that really changes though is your perspective, not so much reality or your body.
