/b/, what's the worst way to die? I've been in an argument with a friend. He says that the worst way to die is burning alive. I say that it's drowning. Your opinions, /b/?
Scaphism is pretty fucked. Your body will go into shock though at a certain point after a certain threshold of pain has been reached regardless though so if the deciding factor for what's worst is the amount of pain endured then it's hard to say what causes the most pain without completely overloading the senses.

The water will enter your lungs and you might as well be burning
And the weight/pressure of the water and if you do survive you will have health problems as well as psychological problems for the rest of your life
i've always had this fear of either..
1) exploring an ocean cave, the outside collapses and you are stuck in a cavern, unknown whether or not if you take that breath and try and swim out whether or not youll get to safety.. that uncertainty fucks with me
2) cage-shark diving (where you're in a cage and sharks swim around you), the cage chain breaks and you start to decline into the depths of the ocean.. you can either allow the depths to 100% kill you, or risk leaving the cage and facing the sharks..
