I took a quarter of cubensis the night before work tripped balls for several hoirs and felt great the next day. I guess it just depends on your reaction to the poison. I feel very hungry the day after but that seems to be the only side effect.

If you can drink at work then after 12 hrs you should be okay. IME shrooms usually last 6-10 hrs with after effects lasting anywhere from 12-24. If they let you drink at work the after effects could be similar, but everyone is different and reacts differently to chemical stimuli
