Do you think Steven Avery is innocent?
probably not lol
>>678390188
probably not
>>678390188
Likely not but the case is about more than avery it's about the fact that cops are allowed to go around railroading people like they did. Also Dassey should have had his entire case thrown out and been assigned a tard wrangler. He wasn't mentally able to be questioned or tried as he was.
>>678390188
watching the last episode now. After some stuff I learned on line, I tend to think he did. I'm not sure about brendan.
Nah, they excluded some evidence from the series, I.E. his DNA was found in the hood of her car, and a bullet with her DNA was found in a gun in his room.
But I'm sure if you asked him he'd say something along the lines of:
> Shietttt they're framing me i aint guilty its them damn coppers
>>678390188
nope
>>678390376
>>678390399
I actually can't imagine how they managed to convince anybody that he's guilty though. Sure he's a hick and his family are not the most savoury type, but don't you think the sheer amount of shitty things the cops did is at least indicative that there is some foul play?
>>678390746
Totally agree. He's fucking ridiculously stupid. Hope the poor guy gets to finally watch Wrestlemania 22 some day though lol
>>678390188
Nuh-uh. He's guilty as fuck.
>>678391055
>a bullet with her DNA was found in a gun in his room.
lmfao, how does that even happen?
>>678391205
rofl
>>678391055
I don't think you know how bullets and guns work
>>678390957
OP here. Just finished watching the last episode tonight and I've read up some more on it too. I'm 90/10 convinced that he's innocent, but you are right, some evidence is a bit questionable, but for me, the blood vial is the bombshell. If they had his blood, they had his DNA to do whatever they wanted.
Also, that Ken Kratz kiddy fiddler made me sick. And all of the cops involved looked really fucking slimy and like they had something to hide.
>>678390188
Whether he did it or not is irrelevant. That whole family needs to be removed from society and the gene pool.
>>678391055
But why no blood?
Also, that's not how guns work.
Guilty as fuck.
Framed
>>678391609
I agree the cops did some shady stuff but ultimately, I can't believe the cops would kill a woman in cold blood just to frame him. I don't know, i would say 60/40 guilty in my mind. But i don't think she was killed in the house or garage.
>>678391682
>Whether he did it or not is irrelevant. That whole family needs to be removed from society and the gene pool.
I gotta agree, but you have to admit that the fucking cops in that town are about as fucking stupid, and in the absence of real evidence, those cocksuckers started making evidence.
>>678391682
They are all gross and stupid, but I feel bad for his parents. I'm not nearly that poor or unintelligent, but to some 'higher' class people, I myself would probably look just as worthless. I dunno. I don't have rednecks where I live so I have different feelings towards them. Also, those people are still MUCH better people than those fucked-up cops.
>>678392101
I think like the lawyer said, the police probably didn't kill her (although it wouldn't be the first time the police killed an innocent person) but still, a lot of it doesn't add up.
>>678390188
If Dubs Avery is innocent
lmao imagine being made into a may may for being fucking retarded
The police didn't kill her, but they did finger Avery for the job and then it was just a matter of doing what they had to in order to make sure they got the conviction.
>>678392101
>>678390188
No.
I'm not influenced by a one sided documentary, like sheeple. I spent some time looking into it, and he's a horrible person who is best left in prison.
I feel most of the evidence against him is questionable, if not outright false. Look into what kind of person he is, he'd be in prison for something eventually.
>>678390188
He's innocent if those documentary makers and Netflix aren't getting sued to shit for a show that exonerates someone by not showing certain evidence and pretending it doesn't exist.
The killer is so obviously Brendan's brother assisted by his mother's new husband that I find it really hard to understand how no one else sees it.
>>678392677
checked
>>678392677
That fucking settles it.
#FreeAvery
>>678392456
His parents. His poor mother. I live in Michigan, I know people like this. See here, the cops search your house and try to charge you for making meth when you have acetone and an empty two liter bottle. The are not afraid to be creative.
>>678392677
Holy shit
>>678390188
i used to fuck brandon averys mom.
she'd come over sometimes while her boyfriend was away after school.
once the door would close she'd almost instantly get naked. most times she'd put on her favorite song and start sucking. then she would cry. her tears and makeup would drip down her face onto my dick. its surprising how cold tears are. eventually i finally asked her what was wrong. in between licks she told me that her favorite song was also her bfs favorite song. so even though she loved hearing it and it totally got her pussy wet, it also made her think about the fact that she was cheating on her boyfriend. i dont think i ever came harder down somebodies throat then right after she told me that. she was beautiful. we dont hang out anymore. wanna get lunch?
this was the song:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EVI4Knz24CQ
>>678392752
That's literally exactly who the documentary wants you to think did it.
Protip, they had alibis.
her ex boyfriend has a record including stalking.
he "hacked" into her voicemail after her death and deleted messages.
he looks like a faggot.
I think he killed her and the cops pinned it on avery and his retarded nephew using the blood vial they had.
If you read enough about the case he was fucking is teenage cousin I think it was and there is a lot if skeevy shit he was doing.
He is definitely a scumbag who is probably guilty of something. He may have been involved in that women's murder, but he wasn't alone, it didn't happen how the cops and DA said it did, Dassey wasn't involved, and there is no way he is guilty beyond reasonable doubt.
I think the guy should probably be in jail for something, but not this case. The cops are corrupt as fuck and didn't even attempt to look at anyone else. They planned to pin it on Avery from the beginning.
>>678392752
yeah that's what we thought
>>678391270
Bullet was found in the garage. The gun was in his room.
>>678392745
So you don't think those police were horribly corrupt at the very least?
Explain why he's a horrible person. I don't think he's a fucking saint, but he doesn't really strike me as a murderer from what I've seen.
At the end of the day, nobody but Avery knows. Just hope you never get framed eh
people need to remember both of the following can be true:
>he committed the crime
>he should not have been found guilty
obviously there were some fabrications. for example there is no way she was shot in the garage. all that junk and not a single speck of blood found... it's just not possible. not saying he didn't shoot her somewhere, but it definitely didn't happen in the garage. also she obviously wasn't tortured in Avery's trailer. they said she was raped, tortured, had her hair cut, etc. but they didn't find any evidence to support that. also part of the remains were found at a quarry. all these things combined means the bulk of the crime took place somewhere NOT on the Avery property like the prosecution suggested. not sure what that says about who did it though.
now everyone post what they thought the shadiest thing in the doc was... for me it had to be Colburn calling in the plates before Halbach went missing, and then the car being found almost immediately after the search of the property began. cops so obviously identified the car in advance and tipped off the search party.
>>678393075
Their alibis are each other.
>>678393041
Cool may may anon
>>678393232
After it had been searched 5+ times, 5 months later, and only after Lenk had been in there by himself. Fuck man, if you're going to argue about this at least watch the fucking show.
>>678393078
Is that the dude with long hair? I never understood why he never even got questioned.
I wonder if his middle name starts with an L?
>>678393282
>>>678392745
>Explain why he's a horrible person. I don't think he's a fucking saint, but he doesn't really strike me as a murderer from what I've seen.
He was apparently fucking around with his teenage niece I think it was. Google it, pretty fucking disturbing shit.
Plus he has a pretty long criminal record.
>>678393232
yep, a bullet in the garage but not a speck of blood anywhere around. they even dug up the concrete. the means Avery did the best cleaning job in the world on the garage, but left blood in plain sight in the vehicle. I'm pretty sure the bullet was planted. I also think Avery is likely guilty. Still, that bullet wasn't fired in the garage.
>>678393317
What that investigator did to Brendan, the one that worked for his own fucking lawyer
>>678393282
You can't comprehend the last stament I wrote.
Specifically
>I feel most of the evidence against him is questionable, if not outright false.
then you ask;
>So you don't think those police were horribly corrupt at the very least?
You don't have the reading ability to carry out a conversation over text.
gl with life.
>>678393317
The fucking plates, man. You can see his face drop when the lawyer brings it up.
And that fucking vile of his blood. Jesus christ.
>>678393317
That fucking faggot was so irritating to watch. I get that your sister has been murdered but fuck man, there's so much his lawyers brought out that demonstrated what a circus this was and he's just there afterwards going "WELP, I KNEW HE WOULDN'T ADMIT IT, JUST MORE LIES, CLASSIC AVERY". Fuck off.
Has he or the family made a statement about this documentary at all? Even they surely must be going "oh... shit..."
>>678393520
Hey you fucking moron - That was the first post I made ITT. I was just correcting misinformation. Kill yourself.
>>678393369
What was their motive?
>>678393793
To be fair, I don't know how I missed that. I think you're right, I've at least got fucking ADD or some shit lol.
>>678392677
I wouldn't have thought so but dubs says it is.
>>678392677
CHECKD AND KEKD
>>678393831
they aren't fans
>>678393865
Calm down faggot, you're anon, no one would have known it was you.
Their motive was that they wanted to rape a young girl they saw on their property and get rid of Avery who they obviously didn't like. After she left Avery's place they both followed her, took her to the quarry, raped her, killed her, burnt her body. They then brought back some of the remains and the car. They hide the car and used the burn barrel to transport the remains to the burn pit. The end.
If trips, Avery dindu nuffin.
>>678392680
lol
>>678394331
Close enough anon!
#heDidnDooNuffin
If dubs then Brandon Dassey is guilty
>>678394477
Its all starting to make sense
I think it was her brother and ex boyfriend. They acted weird as fuck when the judge was talking to them
>>678394477
Confirmed
>>678394269
So yet again they're just going NOPE, NOPE, NOPE? Even that cunt bitch who fingered him the first time that he served 18 years for listened to reason.
All I need to know to know that Avery didn't do it was that he didn't kill that woman. 18 years for a crime you didn't commit and he's just letting bygones be bygones? That town seems small as fuck, he could have got to her easily. But no, lets rape and murder this random girl, leave the car in my own garden, burn her body directly outside my trailer, leave my blood in her car but perform a cleanup job that even the world's greatest crime scene cleaners couldn't do.
Yeah, that definitely happened.
Fucking dubs is deciding a lot today. If trips, they are innocent.
>>678394288
Two guys with no prior criminal history just up and decide they want to rape and murder a girl? Makes just as much sense to say Avery did it. MORE sense actually, given the circumstantial shit.
>>678394636
Agreed. Also Brendan's brother was pretty fucking weird. Was it Brad or what? I imagine he's got quite a few brothers.
>>678394477
AHHHH!
>>678394848
Her ex at very least has been arrested for drugs. Just look at him.
I honestly think she committed suicide and her Christiany God fearing family didn't want the shame of having a suicide in the family so they framed him for her murder to save their own asses.
Her fuckboy boyfriend seemed hella sketchy too
quick claim your waifu
you mirin mine?
>>678390188
>66" tall
>manlets, when will they learn? (to not rape and murder?)
>>678395080
Wanted to fuck her every time I saw her. Burns and all
>>678390188
He is guilty. Sure the police were corrupt and had it out for him, but too many pieces of physical evidence tie him to the crime. Combine that with the substantial circumstantial evidence and it's a slam dunk he did it.
>>678394848
Avery's criminal history includes "breaking into a bar, stealing some sandwiches and beer" and "throwing a cat onto a fire". And that's it.
Now, while I'd personally have given him the death penalty just for the last one, he's a fucking hick. These people do dumb shit when they're kids.
Everyone who commits rape and murder at one point didn't have a criminal history you fucking moron.
>>678395215
There is literally zero physical evidence.
>>678395215
You ever consider she might have committed suicide?
>>678395385
there is, but it isn't clear if it was planted
>>678395215
I think that the evidence against the police is actually evidence of his innocence.
Also, the sheriff that kept returning to the case months later even though he wasn't even working on it is kinda weird. Think of it like this, there IS evidence against Avery..But the question is whether or not it was planted there.
They never determined a motive, either.
>>678395391
For the record I'm of the opinion that Avery is innocent (60/40).
But I want to hear why you think she committed suicide. Also I'm not the guy you replied to.
>>678394682
The car key that was found in Avery’s residence had DNA of his sweat on it.
So not only are we asked to believe the police planted the keys in his trailer (and that the neighboring police force was either incompetent or complicit in the deception), but also that somehow the cops had extracted Avery’s perspiration and put it on the key. But he denies having ever seen them.
>>678395391
and then the cops found it and decided to burn it and plant remains? in two different locations, one of which was not on Avery's property? I doubt it.
>>678395293
>Everyone who commits rape and murder at one point didn't have a criminal history you fucking moron.
Actually you're completely wrong. Rape and murder are rarely ever the first crimes people commit - that's the type of shit they graduate to. Do some research.
Also, I seem to remember Avery threatening his sister with a gun? You seem to have left that out. Plus over a decade in prison can fuck anyone in the head. PLUS the victim being afraid of him, him calling her several times the day of the murder and disguising his number, blah blah blah.
There's nothing on the other two people you're accusing other than your bullshit speculations.
>>678395638
How does the key not get found until weeks later and only by Lenk?
They're in his FUCKING TRAILER, how hard do you think it would be to get his DNA on a key you idiot.
>>678394682
Avery called Auto Trader and specifically requested Halbach to take pictures the day she was killed, but he gave a false name when he did so. Why?
Avery then called Halbach’s cell phone three times the day she died, twice using *67 to obscure his identity. Why?
>>678395566
Not the guy you posted to, but I could definitely believe she was an hero.
She made a video talking about dying, and how she wanted her family to know she was happy. The kind of thing suicidal people say.
Also she was a photographer and looked like she was into drugs. Photographers are artists and artists always want to kill themselves, and drugs obviously can make you a bit funny like that (trust me).
Maybe she killed herself...and SHE framed him
>>678395638
How come it had ZERO DNA from the woman that had owned it for 5 years?
>>678395945
>Avery called Auto Trader and specifically requested Halbach to take pictures the day she was killed, but he gave a false name when he did so. Why?
I actually don't thin the *67/false name stuff can be used against Avery at all. For my work I deal with some redneck types, and they all seem to be SUPER sensitive about giving away personal information. Combine that with the fact that Stephen was known around town AND just the Avery name itself carried a stigma... I don't think him wanting to be anonymous is odd at all tbh.
>>678395945
Apparently the *69 thing was common for Steven Avery. I do the same thing anon, and I have never killed anyone. It's just habit for some people.
If trips...dindu nuffin
>>678396384
Well shit, what do we do now?
>>678396333
trips of truth.
Fucking rednecks, man. The same people that think Obama is the antichrist and all that shit.
>>678396010
Not only was Avery’s blood found in six places on Halbach’s vehicle, but DNA from his sweat was also found on a hood latch. How did it get there? Did the police have a vial of perspiration ready to go the day of the murder?
how about the start of every phone call...
>Brendan?
>yeah?
>yeah.
>yeah?
>>678395215
You ever consider she might have committed suicide?>>678395566
I mean there's always a possibility that Steven Avery just plain did it. But making a murder dropped a lot of hints to her being depressed and she also made "if I die" videos... Could have just offed herself and officer faggot just happened to stumble across the RAV4 and a dead lady in the car and ring ring officer douchebag we can take care of two problems at one time.
I think the show was more focused on how that little town had so much corruption and that money drives politics.
>>678396907
>because I'm stupid ma
>>678396771
Well they had a whole vial of it, as well as a syringe. One thing you can be certain of is that
someone took a syringe and put it into that vial of blood. Why?
And why did they only test 2 of the 6 spots of blood? And why did they work so quickly with the test when they said it'd take months?
Also, I can absolutely believe they could somehow get some sweat. That pedo Kratz even emphasised how sweaty his trailer was.
And on top of that, why would his blood be all over the car? Like, what was he doing? Changing the coolant? If I murdered someone, and was stupid enough to leave the car on my property, the last thing I would be doing would be messing around under the hood.
>>678396931

DNA can be transferred from anything that has been in close contact with your body. They could take your dirty underwear and wipe it on something to transfer your DNA to that object. I believe it's called transference.
>>678396931
"If I die...I want my family and friends to know that I was happy."
Proof that she often thought about death. I always think about killing myself and one thing I also think about is what my family and friends would think of it. I'd probably say a similar thing If I ever decided to do it.
>>678397943

They cleaned it, hence the lack of her own DNA, and then applied his DNA. There was a fucking abundance of it. They were in his fucking sweaty trailer and they were alone and unsupervised.
>>678397627
Yep. He even used it the day earlier. If he supposedly killed her and had her key, why not crush it? He's a hillbilly but nobody is that stupid.

That part of the phone call made me kinda sad.
>>678398549
I called it from the very first time I saw him.
Looks like a fucking massive kiddie fiddler, and his fucking voice...
>>678397627
I thought the car crusher thing was a little overblown imo. it might not be a thing that Stephen operated on the daily or routinely... it is a serious piece of heavy machinery after all. it might have been weird for him to just crush that car or crush a few cars... then you have to use another piece of heavy machinery to move the crushed car. also from the pictures they showed it just flattened the car, while other crushers make those neat little cubes. the car would have still been somewhat recognizable.
also remember that even though Stephen isn't the dumbest guy in the documentary, he's still pretty stupid by average standards. I doubt a whole lot of critical thinking and problem solving has been happening in his brain during his lifetime. I can see why a huge lot with thousands of cars (which was private property) could seem like an okay place to keep a car for a short while. if he did leave it on the lot I imagine his plan wasn't to keep it there forever.
hes a generic failure, along with his inbred hick family. the world would have been a better place with him in a place where he can't breed
>>678398463
Right? Lemme just park this car and have my murder assistant just throw some tree branches on it.

>>678398703

He's not innocent, but that isn't the point.
We must give everyone, no matter how disgusting, the full benefit of law.
That is the only thing which allows us the moral justifications for fines, imprisonment, and execution. Without it, we're mindless animals beating each other's faces in with rocks because of emotion and mob rule.

Didn't actually realise that, but you're right. Holy shit. (shit apparently does contain DNA though! lol)
