Having said that, there's a complete mismatch of power sets here.
Consider Superman. At the very least, we know he's stupidly strong and stupidly fast. Not Flash fast, but fast enough that he can suckerpunch any of the Marvel characters here before they can put their drinks down.
Straight off the bat, here are the casualties due to not having nearly enough durability to survive a single full-force strike from Supes:
- Cap Merica
- Spiderman (spider-sense would not let him move fast enough to dodge)
- Black Widow (lol)
- Iron Man (no way his standard armor withstands SuperPunch)
- Wolverine could survive, but would be KO
- Hulk would survive for sure but could be knocked into orbit to give Superman time to deal with everyone else.
- Rogue would potentially die depending on what powerset she had already (i.e Captain Marvel's set). I doubt she would have time to absorb enough
The ONLY people on Marvel team capable of giving Superman a few minutes of brawling is Hulk and Thor. The rest are dead or KO. Hulk can just be thrown into the sun if need be.
Consider also that the DC team has Power Girl (female Superman) and Martian Manhunter (similar powers to Superman + Vision + telepathy) and Flash (fast enough to have eaten a few kilos of mexican food and poured his own shit into the mouths of the Marvel team before the start of the fight) and Green Lantern (routinely deals with meteors and bigger shit) and Wonder Woman (who is almost Superman tier strength).
So. Since Superman can basically solo the room, once you add Power Girl and the rest into the fight, it's all over in a short amount of time.
Aquaman is out of water and Batman is just a guy dressed as a bat. They're the only ones that would die quickly if Hulk jumped on them and pulled their heads off before Superman knocked him into orbit.

Out of the people who are in this room, superman wins hands down. Aout of Marvel vs DC. depending on what iteration, Marvel would probably win out. Yeah DC has some absurdly powerful people in it (and the writers keep writing the characters into a dead end because they have so many powers they have barely any threats). But if you bring to bear beyond Omega level mutants, some which literally have the power to completely remove you from existence, and other realities/multiverses existence, marvel can win without even throwing a punch.
