i've been trying to vut lunch and dinner portions in half and i havent been eating luch besides a small granola bar for the last week and i dont feel hungry even if i dont eat eat. but yeah i usually have lots of protien in my diet. i walk to work every day and thats about 10-15 minutes and i walk the shit out at work too.
