It's Glenn. Whole season has built up his storyline with Maggie and their baby. To make Negan seem really evil they'll kill him off.
Plus in that scene Glenn was the only non Rick and Carl character (who obviously won't die) who was focused on. They take Rosita, Michonne and Daryl out of the van but the camera rests on Glenn for longer.
If you to give a bad guy impact, make him kill the lovable Korean with a baby on the way and a wife, not the half dead red neck.

The writers said they left clues throughout the episode to point to the person he killed. Abraham said he was ready to live. He also passed the torch to Eugene in a scene that we thought was largely for Eugene. We thought ok, this is where he gains approval and ascends to the next level. Nah, this is where Abraham gets next level by accepting someone else as a badass and not having to shoulder all of the responsibility of protecting himself and what he cares about. This is a major step for him to rely on Eugene and not have to do it himself. Now that he has done that, he can switch from survial mode to family mode with Sasha. The plot device of irony is used to show that, in this volatile world of zombies and killers, the moment you think you can relax is the moment you lose your head.

I don't think it will be Daryl. Daryl is more important to the walking dead than rick is. He is on every advertisement all the video games and a majority of the merchandise. Been reading the graphic novels since they were released. These were just things I noticed while watching, mostly because I was paying a lot more attention to glenn, knowing his fate.
It could be maggie, glenn seeing all these things and foreshadowing could be a lead up to either his or her death. Maggie will most likely live as she has a lot of important roles yet to play and negan usually takes the woman as his wives...just ask Dwight ;) he also doesn't take out the weak or sick, that wouldn't send a big enough message as killing someone who is a strong contributer of the team.
I don't think it'll be Glenn because every asshole who has read the comics is gonna run around screaming "IT'S GLENN, I KNOW IT'S GLENN CAUSE I READ THE COMICS"(as you can see here). It'll take the whole tension out of it, even more so than this dumb cliffhanger.

99% of the time you can determine who is going to die based on how "flawed" a character is....
Flawed means damaged in a way that would make the character unable to function in the world or story.
A character can be "unflawed" if they can be changed.
A character can reach a "point of no return". where he or she cannot be changed. at that point... a character must die.
Eugene is terribly flawed.
His ability to function in the world has always been an issue.
Even recently with his new "functionality" he is useless and fails to make relationships work or is any real help in dramatic situations.
Bottom Line: Eugene is luggage.
He reached his pinnacle of usefulness when he decided to drive the RV.

It was the recipe that he gave rick. But that good bye and the sad feels were because Eugene volunteered to drive solo in the RV. Everyone knew, even Eugene, that job would most likely end up in death. It only made sense to give rick the recipe because if he did die, the saviors would get it. I don't believe that it really had any thing to do with the final moments and who gets picked. Whoever says it's Coral because of the shadow on negan's chest needs to look at it again. With Coral on his knees, a light would have to positioned almost directly behind him and angled upwards. There is nothing like that around him. If the light was directly behind him as a car headlamp his shadow would show on his legs and hips. But there are a ton of saviors standing around them, and yes some are wearing cowbow hats. With a light behind them, which there are, the shadow would be projected on to Negan's chest.
