Well, it's kind of hard to explain. But i'll try my best.
For as long as i can remember, i've had these "moments" where for an instant, my entire train of thought stops and EVERYTHING is replaced by either an all overpowering urge or feeling when it's an urge it's usually violent in nature, when it's a feeling it's usually something sad or depressing.
it never lasts more than a split second, but lately it's been getting more frequent, like almost daily.
I want to go to the shrink but i've no idea how to explain this. And due to another... Thing, going on in my life, i cant tell anyone because it would cause problems for me. So yeah that was a blog post and a half and i feel like im screwed.

I've got a long story of being jerked around by the muncipality, especially since my file landed in the hands of a particularly lazy individual, about five years ago.
Literally NOTHING got done, she pushed deadlines as far as she could and then some, she lost my paperwork on a regular basis and generally did her level best to dick me over.
To this day, i still dont know why, and my "not knowing anything" is a key part of this whole mess.
Two years of dicking me over culminates in a meeting with me, another muncipality employee. and five other people present. Long story short, she spends the meeting taking cheap shots at me and eventually, i get up, slam both hands on the table, and give her a piece of my mind. Big mistake.
She runs, as in, literally runs, I didn't realize what she'd pulled until the cops showed up.
Assault, was the charge, she claimed i'd grabbed her and attempted to beat her. Which, i didn't infact i never got closer than three feet of her. Since im gynophobic. Anyways it never made it to court, due to everyone in the room giving a different testimony of what happened.
Later on my case is handed off to someone else. Life goes on but my mental state is at this time, worsening, im depressive, anti-social and having thoughts of suicide.
