Having owned all three of those knives, I'd take the Paramilitary every time if I could only own one. Blade to handle ratio is not nearly important as ergonomics, and cutting ability. For me at least. If your knife never leaves your pocket, I can definitely see the appeal of a more slim knife like the 940.

I get equipment in boxes delivered to me every day at work. I'll also use my knife for food prep, like peeling pears.
On the weekend, I carry a more robust knife because I go hiking at least once a week. There are grizzlies, moose, wolves, coyotes, and cougars where I live, and I have a small dog that I know I wouldn't hesitate to defend, so I might as well have a small, lightweight weapon that's also a tool.
That same knife saved the life of a kayaker I came across about 3 years ago.

It's an EDC...it gets used almost everyday. It is mostly an emergency knife, though, hence why a firefighter designed it.

to get a hunting license (and the right to own guns) you have to visit a spezial school 3 times a week for a year or so, thats the reason for the price tag.
also you have to buy a rifle and the right hunt somewhere and actually go hunting in order to keep your license.
