1. pretty much everything works for me, but i buy the top shelf sativas when i drive to the netherlands. Tastiest was Hawaiian Snow so far.

I started earlier this year, like, toward the middle of last semester. I started with pipes, and then got a shitty bong and moved to that for a while, but until I can get a better bong, I tend to stick to my pipe most often nowadays. I find I get the most high from it and it's the easiest to smoke out of. (Pic related)
I smoke on average probably once a day. I buy an eighth of an ounce at a time here in Massachusetts, and it's generally about $40 depending on the batch. It keeps me from actually wanting to kill myself a lot of the time, so I'd call it a worthy investment

My panic attacks come from my heart racing. I had an experience years ago when I woke up with my heart racing from being to dehydrated (not from smoking). So ever since then,I've always been concentrated on my heart beat.
I understand bad trips if you worry about someone finding out you smoked, but my tip is just dont do it if you arent ready for what will happen throughout the day. Freaking out when you should just be chill doesnt make sense after smoking. Watch some movies, shows, play video games or whatever just take your mind off it if you have to

TO ANYONE WITH WEED ANXIETY:
I used to be an everyday smoker since highschool before random, debilitating panic attacks ruined weed for me. Eventually, I would get panic attacks even when I was sober. I struggled with anxiety for years, trying every trick in the book (exercise, meditation, improving my diet), and nothing seemed to truly work. I was convinced I was going to live with anxiety forever. Just recently, I discovered the trick that helped me beat anxiety and panic permanently. This is going to sound ridiculous, and anyone with anxiety knows this easier said than done, but try and focus on seriously not giving a shit. Don't try and regulate breathing and heartbeat and attempt to think positive thoughts, for that validates the self-perpetuating fear that is anxiety and panic. It's kind of a paradox, really, that a certain mindset can cause anxiety simply because you recognize it exists and you fear for panic attacks. In a way, panic attacks and anxiety aren't real. The effects you feel (adrenaline, thoughts of doom, etc.) can be perceived as very real, but you are the sole proponent of these negative feelings. Once you realize that giving a shit about trying to beat and manage your anxiety is what is actually causing the anxiety in the first place, all you have to do is not fear fear itself any longer, and the anxiety will simply fade away.

Well for me it's been nothing but positives. I'm content 24 hours a day, even when I'm not stoned. Since my tolerance is higher now, each time I smoke I'm high for maybe 2 hours. So for 4-6 hours out of my 14-16 hour days where after work I have 6-8 hours to burn with no other responsibilities, I just smoke my days away.
Mental health is A+, weed killed my anxiety and depression like it was nothing.
Physical health is C, I gained much needed weight since I was rather skinny but I'm always short of breath and have little energy to physically exert myself.
Social life is nonexistent, however, because I've lost all interest in people. It's more comfortable for me to sit in and get stoned than to go out to the bar. I don't have any friends anymore.
I have a good, secure job; I pay the bills; no government assistance, no welfare etc.
