A tale of two brothers who fight for the japanese imperialists, the nazis and the communists. truly a forgotten gem. Its not in english, but worth watching with subs. amazing movie.

Sounds like a Korean movie I saw - two brothers on opposite sides of the war. I think it was called Tae Guk Ki or something like that.
Brothers War. a Korean film. The Front Line, also Korean. Come and See, a Russian film. I'll think of some more obscure WW2 gems if I can
Downfall. It's a film about the last three days of Hitler's life. Incredible movie and acting. I think also the first German movie made since WW2 that has shown a swazstika.

Brotherhood
Generation War. Not exactly one film, but split into 3 parts. Without a doubt one of the best films I've ever seen. I think you can find it on YT but not sure. It is about two German brothers fighting together in the Wehrmacht, and without spoiling anything, they are completely different by the end of the war. I guess it's meant to show that not everyone in the Wehrmacht and such were evil monsters.
