I have wanted to go out and running for several weeks. I can't get out of the house... The front door is an impossible obstacle.
Although, the fact that I am depressed (have bipo) could affect that fact...

Any tips?

Do you have a car?

Just drive to some really quiet place away from your neighbourhood, like some quiet reserve/park.

If you're still too shy about people seeing you run, just walk it until you get used to the place and then start running.

Alternatively you could suss out a few different places and rotate between them.

Set goals.

Be like "ok, I'm going to go outside on the sidewalk and take a short walk"
Go from there.
Start small.
Force yourself to move.

Some days you won't be able to: do some fuckin pushups.

Not running in small steps, but start with only opening the door, then close it again. Then take a 5 minute stroll round the house. Walk1o minutes 15, 20 etc. Take your time, set goals but make em easy to reach. Once you're comfortable getting outside the hous like 30 minutes you kan start trying it with running outfit and actually start running 1 maybe 2 minutes during your 30 minute walk.
