I actually gave sunbathing a listen, got halfway through with it and stopped, wasn't as amazing as people say it is. I hate stopping albums without finishing so i will give it another listen, but ultimately from what i heard it was just some minor twists and turns that piss off veteran black metal veterans along with the San Francisco twats behind the music. Not that promising of an album. I highly recommend Botanist if you want something really different.

I used to listen to a lot of metal. I also used to be chronically depressed. As my mood changed my tastes changed. I like more classic metal now if I listen to it at all anymore, classic Maiden, Judas, Steel Panther, upbeat shit that gets you pumped and positive. I can't stand the grinding angry doom stuff anymore. Black metal is too heavy now, puts me back in a bad headspace.

Then the whole Grunge thing exploded and most of my friends got into it, so I got into it as well, and ultimately into punk and hardcore.
