So, I'm thinking about streaming constantly. I have streamed before but it has been on and off. I've made roughly 50 followers in the time that I have streamed and I was wondering what /b/ thinks about streaming and how to get more followers and such. I will probably be streaming a lot of Dark Souls 3, but a ton of streamers have milked the game for viewers due to the shitty early Japan release
Giveaways are really just shitty viewer bait that don't get you long lasting followers so that's out of the question.

Rig your stream so you don't have to listen to songrequest music and put songrequest on.
You've got yourself guaranteed audience of at least 20 12yo edgelords of /b/ for a start.
First of all you should have an interactive stream.
So talk with your chat.
Its also recommended to use a system like twitch alerts or gaming for good (i would recommend the second one)
Just inform yourself to that by googling.
To get more viewers followers,especially at the beginning.
Spread the word,tell friends or school/workmates you stream, !and! do events like giving away 20€ randomly or by a task/play with your viewers in team/vs (for sure you cant apply everything on dark souls but i bet you are able to stream other,more "mainstream" stuff)
Normaly you get that cash back anyway by the 2 Systems mentioned above.
Its also not bad to have regular stream times, you can first try when you get the most viewers (mostly at evening)
Nothing else coming to my mind, for me it worked fine i got like 50$ first month and didnt stream for long time/had much viewers because i have no zime for it anymore.
