Hypothetical situation:
You organize to hang out with a friend and plan to do x drug. You do all the planning and get the drugs etc. If your friend has a dangerous reaction to the drug and you call an ambulance, when all is said and done who should pay for the ambulance, you or friend?
Depends on what drug it is and if there was any real danger. If someone called 911 because someome was tripping out on shrooms/acid, ate too many weed edibles, or even got coke paranoid then the person who called the ambulance is resonsible.

Kinda depends. With two guys hanging out with the same experience taking the same drugs, one of them crashing and the other calling the ambulance I´d say that there should be no discussion. Thanks yous and paid bills are in order.
In a situation where one of both is experienced, brought all the stuff and suggested the dosage for the unexperienced guy and things went downhill than I think the more experienced guy should at least offer to contribute to the costs...
