Is there a therapist here?
Id like a quick answer and I don't think this is really something to schedule an appointment for..
When my room is trashed, I feel ok and either happy or nothing. But after I clean my room a day or two later I feel depressed and stay that way whenever I'm in the room.
Is the clutter filling some void? and the clean lets me realize that noone is there?
Is this just my autism not liking the change due to the room being messy for a long time?
Its not hoarding, I know that because I dont have a problem cleaning up and throwing away most of the stuff, the only things are tools or electronics or something that has real use.
