What are you autistic, It most likely isn't even possible for a lot of people to install windows 98 because you need a floppy drive. Even if they do some how have the ability to install Windows 98, it is most likely not even use able with modern hard drive sizes, and it does have a limit to how much RAM it can detect, as for the CPU I think that also has a limit of some sort. If someone actually is able to pass that part then they would run into all sorts of issues in the OS such as they wouldn't be able to read/write/storage any file above 4 GB in size.
